Private customers.close

Private customers can register or order as a guest.

With a registration you enjoy numerous advantages: Access to past orders, faster reordering without having to re-enter your address, manage multiple delivery addresses and a personal wish list.

Corporate customers / public authorities.close

Corporate customers and public authorities:

Your registration will be checked by our B2B team within 2-3 days. For larger purchase volumes, existing contracts or special conditions, we will assign your user account to the corresponding online store and inform you of the assignment.

Orders at the regular end customer price can be placed immediately.

Employees of authorised companies.close

Employees of authorised companies* can purchase at special conditions after registration with their private or company email and verification of the company email.


*Companies and authorities with an Employee Purchase Programme (EPP) agreement with DQ-Solutions are eligible.

Education customers.close

Education customers** are automatically assigned to the shop with the correct special conditions based on their own categorisation and after registration.

**Education customers: Pupils, students, teachers, lecturers, schools, institutes. For individual customers, a document upload is required to prove the current status.


Old webshop - access deactivated 14th oct. 24:

Companies, company employees and customers from the education sector sometimes only have a login for our old webshop if they have not been on our site for a while.

If you do not yet have a login for the current webshop, please register on this page - you can choose which business/kind of customer you are during the registration process.

The old webshops were deactivated on 14.10.24, with the exception of special stores for major enterprise customers which will be migrated in the following weeks.

The customer accounts in the old webshop function completely independently of the accounts in the new shop. The customer accounts will therefore NOT be transferred from the old webshop to the new one, as the shops function too differently. However, we have stored all customer data and purchases centrally and data such as copies of invoices (PDF) can be requested from our account managers.
