When problems arise with the operation or setup of an Apple device, we offer support. For example, we explain how to transfer photos from the iPhone to the MacBook, how to activate data backup in the iCloud or how to set up the personal Apple ID.
Our short support helps.
Our certified employees will be happy to assist you with operating systems by phone or at one of our stores. Within the first 90 days after purchasing an Apple device from us, support is free of charge. After this period, CHF 3.30 per minute will be charged.
