Who can subscribe to the ReFresh Financing Program?

All individuals aged between 18 and 70 who are residents of Switzerland (with residence permit C or B, having lived in Switzerland for at least a year) and with sufficient solvency can subscribe. Acceptance criteria are determined by the terms and conditions of our financing partner HeyLight, with whom customers enter into the financing agreement. For any inquiries about acceptance criteria please contact HeyLight via support@heylight.com.

Is the ReFresh Program available for both personal and business?

No, the program is only available for individual customers. Businesses might have access to individual trade-in solutions not covered in this Program. Businesses please contact our salespersons.

Which devices can be financed in the ReFresh Program?

The ReFresh Program covers most actual Apple devices. MacBook (except some custom configured ones), iMac, Mac Studio, Mac mini, the latest iPhone generation and the two older generations, iPhone SE, all iPad models. (As of September 2023)

Can I finance accessories and extended warranties in the ReFresh Program?

As long as you have selected an eligible device (e.g. Mac, iPhone, iPad), any accessories and extended warranty programs or other items that you choose additionally will be financed together with the ReFresh Program in the checkout. The repayment plan of accessories and warranties is calculated with a final instalment of CHF 0.–  (no residual value) and they belong to you after paying off.

By returning the old and upgrading to a new device in the last month of the term, you can save on the remaining installment (= guaranteed residual value). You will get a new ReFresh contract with a new term for your new dream device. If the device costs the same you just continue to pay the same low monthly rate or the slightly higher rate, if the device is more expensive.

What happens if the device is defective or damaged during the term?

The device is covered by the regular Apple warranty. If the term is longer than the warranty or the device is broken because of an accidental damage it is your responsibility and at your cost that the device is repaired at an authorized Apple Service Partner. We advise you that you choose one of the extended warranty packages for a few additional CHF per month when buying the device, if you would like to cover this risk.

What are the conditions for returning the device?

If a device is in used but in good and fully functional condition, it can be returned for the guaranteed residual value and "upgraded" to a new device. DQ Solutions will inspect the condition of the device upon receipt. If the condition is worse than the minimum condition requested, the residual value may be reduced to reflect the deficiencies of the unit.

Returned devices undergo refurbishment or recycling processes at an external partner, aligning with DQ Solutions' commitment to sustainable practices. Any sensitive data on the devices is securely wiped before resale or recycling.
