Like all of our products, the iPad has a variety of features that support students with a wide range of abilities.
How do I make it easier for my child to use?
For example, "Speak screen content", which reads texts aloud - for pupils and children who cannot see or who learn better by listening. VoiceOver helps with actions such as opening a document or selecting a menu option. And "Guided Access" or the ability to display websites without ads help them stay focused at all times.
Accessibility in higher education.
To make it easier for people with disabilities to participate in digital life and thus in everyday life, Apple has integrated an extensive collection of operating aids in all operating systems. This enables students, teachers and staff alike to better access and use their Macs, iPads and iPhones.
