Our approach is simple.
Step 1
Registration by phone:
Register the defective Apple device1 with us by phone and make it available for collection.
Step 2
Fast pick up:
On the next business day at the latest, the Apple device will be picked up on site by our logistics service provider. We provide a special transport container2 to securely pack the device and immediately forward it to our service department.
Step 3
Direct delivery:
After the repair, the Apple device is immediately delivered directly to the site.

If the Apple device is outside the warranty period, only the actual repair costs must be paid.
DQ Pickup & Repair can be purchased from one unit and is valid for either 3, 4 or 5 years from the date of purchase.
