Use the automation function of your favourite app to combine several Matter-enabled devices in a single scene and save yourself unnecessary running back and forth. For example, a "Good night" scene can switch on your bedside lamp, lower the blinds and switch off all other lights in the house - with just one command.
Presence-based automations
Let your devices work hand in hand via automations: Switch lights on as soon as the Eve Motion motion detector (sold separately) detects movement. Save electricity by switching household appliances on and off according to presence. As soon as the last person leaves, all lights and appliances are switched off automatically. That's true convenience.

Further insights and settings
With the Eve app for iPhone and iPad, you know exactly when and for how long a device was switched on and off and receive detailed records that can also be exported. Protect Eve Energy from prying fingers thanks to the integrated switch by activating the child lock. Switch the status LED on and off as required or adjust the brightness, for example to reduce the light at night.
